Privacy policy.

The short version

We don't ask you for personal information. Every conversion happens in your browser — your text never reaches our server because we don't have a server that processes text. We use Google Analytics for aggregate page-view counts; nothing about your text or your conversions is sent anywhere.

What stays on your device

  • The text you type. All case conversion runs in JavaScript in your browser. We never see what you converted.
  • The files you upload. File upload reads the file with the browser's FileReader API and converts it locally. The file never leaves your device.
  • Your settings. Mode preferences, style-guide choice, theme, diff/explain toggles — all saved in your browser's local storage.
  • Custom proper nouns. If you add personal terms to the dictionary in a future version, they stay on your device.

What our hosting can see

Standard web logs — your IP address, browser type, the URL you visited, and a timestamp — are kept by our static-file host for a few days for security and operational purposes. We don't query these for marketing or profiling.

Third-party services we use

Google Analytics

We use GA to count page views and understand which sections of the site are used. Google receives your IP, a cookie identifier, browser info, and the pages you visit. We use a 14-month retention. See Google's privacy policy. Opt out at Google Analytics Opt-out.

Google Fonts

We load typefaces from Google Fonts. Google sees an HTTP request from your browser (IP, user agent) when the page loads.

Ad networks

If we display banner ads via Google AdSense or another network, those networks may use cookies to serve and measure ads. They act as independent data controllers. See how Google uses ads data and opt out at Google Ads Settings.
